Insula Real Estate Management is an investment boutique focused on creating value for the Investment Funds and Family Offices it works for. Our goal is always to adapt to the needs of our clients with tailor-made solutions to obtain the best returns, results, and yields.

We provide services as an Operating Partner to various Investment Funds and Family Offices, always with a personalised service aligned with the strategy of each client.

Insula Real Estate Management’s role is to accompany the client throughout the entire process, assisting in all phases of the property investment and disinvestment process.

  • Search for and location of assets and investment opportunities.
  • Search for financing / investors.
  • Business plan design, monitoring and execution.
  • Establishment of asset repositioning and refurbishment plans.
  • Coordination and monitoring of all the processes necessary for the successful completion of operations.
  • Advice on setting up investment vehicles (SPV).
  • Co-ordination and operation of the sale of real estate assets or portfolios.
  • On occasion, we may participate with our investors in the acquisition of certain assets in co-investment mode.

Victor Gregori
Biography: Víctor Gregori

Victor Gregoriholds a degree in Law from the University of Valencia.

With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, he has spent most of his career at CBRE, where he spent 18 years as director of the Logistics and Tertiary product, both in investment and rental. He was also the director of the Alicante and Murcia offices.

His main function at Insula Real Estate Management is the relationship with the Real Estate Funds and Family Officeswith which they have signed alliances, as well as the search for investment opportunities, mainly in land, offices, and logistics.

Mª Dolores Roche
Biography: Mª Dolores Roche

María Dolores Roche holds a degree in Art History from the National University of Distance Learning (Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia).

With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, she has worked in the main international consultancy firms, such as BNP and CBRE, where she held different positions of responsibility for 8 years in the Office and Residential departments.

María Dolores is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities and product development.

Víctor Borrás
Biography: Víctor Borrás

Víctor Borrás is:

  • Architect by the UPV.
  • International Master’s Degree in Real Estate RICS.
  • Master’s Degree in Appraisals and Valuations.

With more than 12 years of experience in consultancy and real estate development, he has developed most of his career in BNP, Promotora RATISBONA and the development area of FAMILY CASH.

His main function in Insula Real Estate Management is the relationship with the technical teams and administrations. Technical assessment of investment proposals and responsible for due diligence processes and feasibility studies of projects.
